What we don't do, and why.

Shorter list than the last one, and probably more useful.

Do you work on commercial rooftop units?
Light commercial, yes — package units up to about 12 tons on small offices, clinics and shops. Anything larger or with a building-management system, we'll hand you two names we trust rather than learn on your dime.
Will you service a system somebody else installed?
Almost always. The only thing we turn down is warranty work on brands we're not a dealer for, because we can't get the parts covered and you'd end up paying twice.
Do you do gas lines, water heaters or fireplaces?
We run and re-route gas lines for the equipment we install. Water heaters and gas fireplaces we leave to plumbers who do it every day.
What if my system is only five years old and already failing?
Then something was wrong from day one — usually sizing, airflow, or a charge that was never set correctly. We'll measure it and tell you which, in writing, before we talk about parts.
