Plenty of companies sell a “tune-up” that's a filter swap and a handshake. Here is every item our technicians actually complete, in the order they do it. You get a copy with the readings filled in.
Fall — heating visit
September through November
Booked before the first hard frost, while parts are still in stock and we can get to you in a day.

Can I cancel?
Any time, with a phone call — no form, no retention script. Pay monthly and it stops at the end of that month. Pay annually and we refund the unused months minus any visits already made.
What if I have two systems?
Steady and True North each cover one system. A second system is $9/mo added to either. If you're past two, Whole Home covers everything under one roof for less.
Does membership cover repairs themselves?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise — this is maintenance, not insurance. What it does is discount every repair 10–20%, waive the after-hours fee, and bank a credit toward replacement when the day comes.
How does the repair-cost credit work?
True North members bank $100 a year, up to $500; Whole Home banks $150, up to $1,000. It comes straight off a new system installed by us. It doesn't expire while you're a member.
What's the no-breakdown guarantee?
For Whole Home members: if a system we maintain has a no-heat or no-cool failure within a year of its tune-up, the diagnostic and the labor are on us. Parts are still parts. Full terms come with your welcome packet.
Do you nag me to book the visits?
We call you. Twice a year, from a Salem number, and we'll offer three windows. If you'd rather text or get an email link, tell the office and that's how it goes from then on.
